Elisabeth Steuble is a Licensed Professional Counselor and is Certified as a Co-occurring Disorder Professional. She has 15 years of experience in the mental health and addictions field, including community mental health, private practice and an outpatient addictions center. She has a B.S. in Community Health Education from Temple University and a M.S. in Counseling Psychology and Human Services from Chestnut Hill College. Previously, she worked for over 10 years as a nurse in the medical and public health field in Switzerland. 

Elisabeth has explored yoga as a treatment intervention alternative for depression and anxiety. She took her first yoga class over 35 years ago and has practiced and attended diverse classes all through her life. In the past 7 years, yoga has become an important focus for herself but also for her work as therapist. Elisabeth is a Registered Yoga Teacher-200 hours. She completed the Vinyasa Flow Yoga training with Liz Conner, E-RYT-500 at The Prancing Peacock Yoga Studio in Yardley PA, and is also a Certified LifeForce Yoga® Practitioner-1. LifeForce Yoga® was created by yoga teacher and author Amy Weintraub, MFA, E-RYT-500, as a method to relieve depression and anxiety. Elisabeth feels passionate about the mind-body connection and the integration of yoga in the healing process for depression and anxiety.
